100 Years of Business, One Incredible Challenge, Countless Opportunities to Change Young Lives!

To celebrate their remarkable centenary year, H. Malone & Sons have joined forces with Smile For Life Children’s Charity to launch Challenge 10 – an exciting fundraising and volunteering initiative designed to make a lasting difference to the lives of young people with disabilities and additional needs.

Marking 100 years in business is an extraordinary achievement, and the team at H. Malone & Sons wanted to celebrate this milestone by giving something meaningful back to their local community.

Challenge 100 brings together employees, colleagues and supporters through a programme of fundraising activities, volunteering opportunities and team challenges.

But Challenge 100 is about much more than raising money. It’s about giving time, sharing skills, building relationships and creating opportunities for our young people to develop confidence, independence and a greater sense of belonging.

Through their enthusiasm, generosity and hands-on involvement, the team at H. Malone & Sons are demonstrating the incredible impact businesses can have when they put their people and their community at the heart of what they do.

The funds raised will help Smile For Life continue delivering life-changing experiences, practical learning opportunities and pathways towards employment for young people who face additional barriers in everyday life.
